Your coaching sessions are one-hour long with the exception of the EmPower Hour + which is 90 minutes. This is focussed and powerful time that will transform your thinking and transform your life.
1 small change
One small change can have a big impact. When you identify a key habit that drives other behaviours and you change that one habit, magic happens. It feels light and easy and is sustainable.
1 last diet
I am your guide, your advocate and your accountability partner. However, you decide the agenda of our sessions and you decide the actions you will take. You choose how you will change your diet for good.
The EmPower Hour + requires that you take the time to observe your eating and thinking habits over a few days and do an online quiz. When you send me your results, that's what we work through in our 90 minute EmPower Hour session. Other coaching sessions are 60 minutes.
The EmPower Hour + is £149. If you add a package of a further five sessions to continue breaking through the further barriers you encounter as you put your plan in place, that is £599. You may pay in two monthly payments of £310.
